Build cool things in healthcare.
The model is the easy part. We build the open-source tools that make it work with real healthcare data — and the systems it lives in.

Consulting
We take on a small number of consulting engagements each year, usually in one of these shapes:
- Softwarebuilding alongside your team — clinical NLP, data pipelines, model deployment, EHR integration.
- Solution architectureworking out how AI fits your product, your data, and your clinical workflows — before you build the wrong thing.
- Workshops & talkshands-on training and talks on healthcare AI, with real-world clinical data and systems.
Working on something that doesn't fit these boxes? Tell us anyway — we like interesting problems.
Straightforward terms: upfront quotes and no hidden costs — if we underestimate the work, the overrun is on us. Email contact@dotimplement.ai. We reply within a week.
Principles
- Exciting tech, boring deployments We love the frontier. Agents, new models, things that were papers last month. Then we engineer out the surprises before any of it gets near a clinic.
- Open source by default Everything ships in the open. Use it, fork it, break it. Code gets better when people can see it.
- Reliability is the product 80% accurate is a demo. Real systems need evals, guardrails, and failures you can actually debug.
- Interoperability over lock-in Composable pieces that deploy from one site to the next without a rewrite. No moats, no walled gardens. What you build stays yours.
- Built for people The hard part was never the tech. It's building things people actually trust and want to use.
People
Jennifer Jiang-Kells — founder
dotimplement ai is run by Jennifer Jiang-Kells, ex-NHS AI engineer. She put models into live hospitals, fought the same battles every time, and eventually decided to fix it once, in the open, for everyone. Healthcare should be something everyone can build on. It isn't yet. That's the job.
